What started as a handshake between friends with a dream has grown into one of Colorado’s most forward-thinking general contracting firms — fully licensed, minority-owned, woman-led, and proudly operating with a Master Plumbing License, elite equipment fleet, and an unwavering commitment to trust, quality, and innovation.
OUR ORIGIN STORY
The foundation of ICS was poured in early 2024, when long-time friends — some from business, some from life — decided it was time to change the way contracting gets done.
We brought together decades of combined experience in construction, plumbing, technology, and leadership. But more than that, we brought loyalty, hustle, and vision. We didn’t wait for perfect timing — we got to work.
GOING INTO YEAR 2, ICS had acquired a respected plumbing company, onboarded a Master Plumber, invested in top-tier equipment & PERSONNEL, and secured our state licensing.
WHAT BEGAN AS AN IDEA AMONG FRIENDS HAS NOW BECOME A FAST-SCALING FORCE IN THE CONTRACTING INDUSTRY.
