Steven Miller, Chief Construction Officer and Co-Founder of ICS, brings over 15 years of expertise in construction management, plumbing, and disaster recovery. He is a licensed Journeyman Plumber and a certified Hazmat and Containment Specialist, giving him the technical foundation to oversee the most demanding restoration and contracting projects.


Steven began his career in field and supervisory construction roles and later served as a Superintendent with Servpro, where he managed some of the largest natural disaster recovery efforts in the nation. He also worked extensively in the oil and gas industry, gaining experience in industrial construction, compliance, and safety.


At ICS, Steven directs field logistics, safety programs, workforce integration, and asset management, ensuring operational consistency and efficiency across all projects. His hands-on leadership, combined with his technical credentials, ensures ICS delivers both precision and reliability in every client engagement.
