With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University, Jennifer cultivated a career defined by executive leadership roles in operations, communications, and human resources. At ICS, Jennifer sets the strategic direction, oversees corporate development, and ensures that the company remains at the forefront of plumbing and restoration services in Colorado. Outside of her role at ICS, Jennifer enjoys traveling the world, kickboxing, meditation, and hiking. She is most fulfilled by time spent with her husband, their four children, and close friends—balancing the intensity of executive leadership with a life centered on family and personal growth.
