A natural leader with a reputation for precision and people-first management, Jade oversees day-to-day operations, team development, and client relationships—ensuring ICS delivers exceptional plumbing and restoration services with reliability, integrity, and efficiency.

Her career foundation in the hospitality sector, including her leadership as a Corporate Training Manager with Texas de Brazil, equipped Jade with advanced expertise in training, process optimization, and service excellence across multi-location operations. She now channels that experience into ICS, where she builds scalable systems, empowers her teams, and drives continuous improvement in both field operations and customer service.

As a native of Aurora, Colorado, Jade embodies ICS’s values of community, accessibility, and opportunity. She is particularly passionate about mentoring women in trades and leadership, advancing ethical contracting practices, and creating pathways for growth through apprenticeship and workforce development.
