Chris Maddan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of  ICS,  where he provides executive leadership across operations, strategy, partnerships, and innovation. With more than two decades of experience spanning finance, mergers and acquisitions, energy, construction services, and technology, Chris is widely recognized for his ability to scale organizations, structure complex transactions, and transform operational models for sustained growth.

Early in his career, Chris was recruited to Aames Corp. while simultaneously attending college, an uncommon milestone that accelerated his exposure to institutional finance, corporate governance, and transactional strategy. He later played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Aames Investment Group by Accredited Inc., serving as a lead strategist and one of a select group of executives responsible for structuring, transition planning, and post-acquisition integration. This experience cemented his expertise in M&A execution, operational due diligence, and enterprise integration.

Throughout his career, Chris has held senior executive positions and founded multiple ventures, consistently delivering scalable growth, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation. His leadership approach blends rigorous financial intelligence with deep operational engagement—ensuring strategy is not only designed at the executive level, but executed effectively across teams and systems.

At ICS, Chris is the architect behind the company’s brand identity, business planning, organizational design, and executive operating framework. He has led the onboarding of strategic partnerships with developers, property management firms, hospitality groups, and municipal entities, while driving the adoption of advanced technology and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency across plumbing and mechanical operations. As COO, he also serves as a principal brand ambassador, guiding ICS’s market positioning and forward-looking innovation strategy.

Beyond ICS, Chris is the COO and Co-Founder of TRAX Technology Inc., a patented SaaS platform modernizing state-level infrastructure recovery and claims processes, and a Partner at VP LLP, a specialized advisory firm that recovers withheld retainage and close-out balances on public construction projects. His cross-industry perspective enables ICS to operate with institutional discipline while remaining agile, modern, and technologically progressive.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Chris values time with his wife and four children while maintaining an active lifestyle centered on the outdoors and high-performance disciplines such as skiing, hiking, swimming, aviation, motorsports, and travel. His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, intellectual rigor, and relentless execution—principles that continue to shape ICS’s culture and long-term vision.
