Chris Maddan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of  ICS, where he combines visionary leadership with hands-on execution. With over two decades of experience across finance, energy, construction, and technology, Chris is recognized for building scalable business models, forging strategic partnerships, and integrating advanced technology into traditional industries.

At 19, Chris was recruited by AAMES (a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank) while simultaneously attending UCLA, marking an early milestone that shaped his career in corporate leadership and innovation. Since then, he has held senior executive roles and founded multiple successful ventures, consistently delivering growth strategies and operational excellence.

At ICS, Chris has developed the company’s brand identity, organizational structure, and executive framework, while securing partnerships with general contractors, developers, property management firms, and municipalities. He also leads the company’s marketing, content, and technology adoption strategies, ensuring ICS stays ahead of industry trends.

Outside of ICS, Chris is a Co-Founder of TRAX Technology Inc., a patented SaaS solution that transforms state infrastructure recovery, and a Partner at Veriton Partners LLP, a legal and asset recovery advisory firm. His cross-industry expertise strengthens ICS’s ability to operate at the cutting edge of both service delivery and business strategy.
